In addition, the Bylaws Committee (Marilyn and Lyle) met with the Cabinet Chairs and Chair-Elects and Linda Broussard in October to begin work on developing model governing documents for Chapters and Divisions that would replace the units’ bylaws. Since then, all three committee members have created sample governing documents and participated in a conference call on the issue led by Karen Kreizman Reczek. This effort is continuing, and we will all be attending the Leadership meetings planned in New Orleans.
