Join the Boston Chapter SLA new Professionals for an evening of great food and great fright! We'll meet downtown for a light and refreshing meal at Montien Thai, where we'll network with our peers and eat lots of delicious and authentic Thai food. After, we'll scare the wits out of ourselves on the New England Ghost Tour, a 90-minute walking tour of many of Boston's most haunted locations. Our tour will include information and tours for the Boston Common burial ground, the Boston Athenaeum, and the Omni Parker House.

From the New England Ghost Tours website: New England Ghost Tours recreates the stories of actual haunted sites in New England in a way that gives an all too real experience of the time period and characters. Tours are both enlightening and entertaining. They appeal to a large variety of people with a love of New England folklore, an appreciation for the historic buildings and scenery of New England, and a little adventure for the paranormal. Your tour guide explains the unearthly details at each site, and you will experience...well, who can say?

Parking and Transportation:
Parking is available at the Boston Common Garage. They offer a flat rate of $10.00 for entry after 4:00pm (you must leave by 10:00am the following day!)

Public Transportation is very convenient at this location. Montien Thai is located closest to the Green Line "Boylston" station. You can also take the Red Line to Park Street Station and walk South down Tremont.

Schedule:
6:00pm - Meet at Montien Thai for dinner
8:00pm - Walk the New England Ghost Tour with host Jim McCabe, a locally renowned Ghost Hunter and Storyteller.
