Program Notes: SLA-Boston & SLA-CT Valley at the
Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame

On Saturday October 21, SLA members from both the Boston and Connecticut Valley chapters met for an event at the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, MA. It was the first joint meeting of the two groups, and hopefully marks the start of a new relationship. The weather was nice, the venue was fun (several members took advantage of reduced-price tickets to tour the exhibits, the food (from Max’s Catering) was delicious, and the company was outstanding.

Thanks to Katherine Coolidge of CT Valley for her assistance with planning, and to the Boston Celtics for donating two tickets to a Celtics game (the lucky winner was Allison Benedetti).
