Student / Young Professionals Group

The DC Chapter of SLA's (DC/SLA) Students/Young Professionals Committee is dedicated to offering resources to students such as our yearly Career Day and two Student Scholarships as well as social and networking events and volunteer options for students and young professionals. All are welcome to our activities. We have a very broad definition of young.  It can mean many things: young in age, young at heart, young to the profession, new to the DC area, etc.

The SLA's Student & Academic Relations Committee recognized DC/SLA's involvement with students at the 2002 Annual Conference. Click here for more details.
