  SLA has contracted with Rogal America, a commercial housing bureau, to handle conference hotel reservations. From this site you will be able to: (1) check hotel information (such as availability, pricing, and distance to the convention center), (2) reserve hotel rooms, and (3) place yourself on a waiting list for a hotel that is not currently available. You will receive a confirmation number when you have completed the online reservation process. You will also receive a confirmation via fax within 48 hours of booking your hotel room. You will need a credit card in order to reserve a hotel room. The entire site is on a secure server.

  The Adobe PDF version retains the original format of the registration form. You must download the file and open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Print the file from Acrobat reader, then complete the form. Mail or fax the completed form to the address or number below.

  The SLA Official Housing Request form can be obtained through our fax-on-demand system by calling 1-888-411-2856 and following the prompts. The form number for the registration form is 503.

• use the Housing Request Form found on page 97 of the Annual Conference Preliminary Conference Program.
