Attention all conference attendees: If you registered for housing over the weekend of March 21/22, please read the Housing Advisory

• To receive the special SLA conference rate, use the Housing Request Form to make your hotel reservations.
• The Housing Bureau does accept phone calls 1-800-370-8282. You can also mail your Housing Request Form to: 51 Water Street, Watertown, MA 02172 or fax it to: 1-617-926-6081. 
• Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis until May 7, 1998. You must indicate a hotel preference as instructed on the Housing Form. The Housing Bureau reserves the right to assign a hotel if your first choice is sold out and other choices are not indicated. After May 7, 1998, conference rates may not apply and the Housing Bureau will be working on an availability basis. 
• Do not fax and mail your housing form, as this may result in a duplicate reservation. 
• The Housing Bureau will acknowledge your reservation within 3 - 4 weeks. This is not a confirmation. A confirmation will follow from the hotel in approximately 4 - 5 weeks. 
• Contact Rogal directly for all changes and cancellations all the way through the duration of the show. 
• Check deposits should be sent to Rogal America and be made out to Rogal America. 
• For individuals requiring special housing accommodations, please note request on the Housing Request Form. 
• Make suite reservations with the Housing Bureau. All hospitality suites are based on availability and must be approved by SLA's Senior Director, Conferences and Meetings. No hospitality suites, sales meetings, or similar private entertaining should be scheduled during official conference programming. To do so violates SLA policy.
