SLA Awards Banquet and Ceremony
Mediterranean Nights at the Indiana Roof Ballroom
Conveniently located in downtown, the Indiana Roof Ballroom specializes
in ambiance, excellent service and providing an unforgettable experience.
Built in 1927, the Indiana Roof Ballroom was originally designed for ballroom
dancing and has hosted big-band greats such as Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman
and Duke Ellington. Following a total restoration, the "Roof" has returned
to its orginal grandeur and status as the premier event venue in Indianapolis.
Come join the celebration as SLA honors outstanding individuals for
their contributions to the Association and the profession. This increasingly
popular event is sure to be the victory lap for a busy and exciting conference.
Plan to attend this event and coordinate early with friends for this fun,
festive close to the 1998 Annual Conference. Black-tie optional.
Cost of this event is: $68.00
Speaker: Judith J. Field, SLA President
