Hotel Accommodations: Conference attendees are responsible for contacting
the Shelter Pointe Hotel for reservations at (800) 566-2524. Attendees must
mention they are attending the Southwest Regional Conference II when the
reservation is placed to receive the conference discount rate of $140
single/double per night. For more information about the hotel, see:

Conference Cancellations: Only written requests to the registration address will
be accepted. Cancellation requests received by March 1, 2000 will be refunded
in full. Requests received March 2-March 24, 2000 will be charged a $50.00
cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received after March 24, 2000 date will
not be honored.
