Fellows of SLA
The designation Fellow of SLA was created in 1987 and it is presented to a SLA member to recognize leadership in their career as an information professional. Fellowship is bestowed on mid-career SLA members in recognition of past, present and future service to the Association and the profession. After the inaugural year of 1987, a maximum of five Fellows are recognized annually. The Fellows of SLA are presented below by the year in which the individual was recognized.
