*Boeing Plant Tour Restrictions: Please note that Children must be 10 years of age and over 4?2" tall to go on this tour. There are NO exceptions. Please note that there is also no photographic equipment, backpacks, purses or any carry on items of any kind allowed on this tour.
**Regarding Ferry Transportation for the Historic Fort Worden Tour, Seattle Hospitality cannot guarantee ferry availability or the sailing departure time. Coaches are loaded onto the ferries on a first come, first serve basis. The Washington State Ferry System reserves the right to not allow multiple coaches to board a ferry due to safety regulations including weight and/or balance restrictions. If a coach is held back, Seattle Hospitality will do their best to coordinate transportation on the next available ferry departure.

Deadline for all tour registrations is Monday, 19 May 2008
Tour Tickets:
Tickets will not be distributed for these tours. Your name will be put on a registration list for a specific tour. Please check in with the onsite SHS staff 15 minutes prior to tour departure from Convention Place Tunnel. SHS staff will be wearing navy blue polo shirts.
Tour Departures:
All tours will depart promptly from the Convention Place Tunnel at the Washington State Convention and Trade Center. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the tour departure time for check in. Departure location is at the coach load zone on the first floor behind the escalators.
Cancellations:
Prepaid tour registrations are refundable only if canceled by the above listed deadline date (19 May). Please note that we do require minimums on all tours. Should tour minimums not be met, tours will be canceled and all monies will be refunded in full.
