REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY FOR A PRESS DESIGNATION
Members of the media interested in attending SLA 2009 should e-mail Cara Schatz, Director, Public Relations. Those requesting media registration must be currently employed by a publication or news organization, and your press badge will reflect this affiliation. Press credentials are only issued to editorial staff members that are reporting on the events, programs and activities at SLA 2009 and conference participants. A letter from your employer that describes your assignment may be required.
Freelance writers are required to supply an assignment letter. Please e-mail your letter to Cara Schatz or fax to +1.703.647.4901 by close of business on Friday, 1 June 2009.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you, and media badges may be picked up on site at the SLA Registration Center.
