Tamika Barnes McCollough is currently the Librarian for Engineering Services at North Carolina State University. She has held this position for her entire professional career, which began in 1999. She is also an adjunct faculty member at North Carolina Central University where she teaches the Special Library/Information Center and Science & Technology Resources and Services courses and serves as the faculty advisor for the SLA student group.
Tamika is currently serving as second year Director for the North Carolina Chapter of SLA. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, watching and playing sports and volunteering in the community through her sorority Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated.
