The buzz has already started for SLA 2008 in Seattle and rooms are beginning to fill up. Make sure you reserve your space today in one of the conference hotels through the official SLA Housing Bureau.
SLA Goes Green and SLA Goes Wireless!
As part of SLA's Green Initiative, "SLA: Knowledge to Go Green," we are pleased to announce that we will have wireless connectivity throughout the convention center in Seattle. This means you will be able to access the Internet on your laptop for free in most areas of the center, including the meeting rooms.
Conference Nuts & Bolts
If you've already registered for SLA 2008 or are planning to do so soon, registration packets with your conference badge and Expocard will be mailed to all US registrants beginning the first week of April. Remember to bring the packet with you to Seattle. Non US residents will be able to pickup their badges on-site.
Bypass the Registration Lines!
If everything in your registration packet is correct, you can bring your materials to the Badge Holder Pick-up Kiosk to receive your SLA bag, including the Final Conference Program, and badge holder. The kiosk will be located in the registration area at the Washington State Convention & Trade Center.
