With Nashville behind us, we look forward to working with you to help create your presence as we plan for the 2005 Toronto conference. Total attendance this year was 3,852, with 2378 members, 204 non-members, and 1270 exhibitors.

Revised 2005 Toronto exhibitor prospectus will be sent to all SLA 2004 exhibitors by the end of this week. Here are a few changes:

NEW SLA INFO-EXPO hours for Toronto

Sunday, June 5
12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Networking Reception: 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Monday, June 6
10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
SLA INFO-EXPO Networking (non-conflict): 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Tuesday, June 7
10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
SLA INFO-EXPO Networking (non-conflict): 3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Exhibitor Badges
Extra staff badges will remain $25 as well as an additional form for booth maintenance staff (computer, Internet etc.).


The exhibitor survey will be sent via surveymonkey.com by July 31st. As reminder, 8,000 points are given toward your priority points by completing this survey.

Booth space assignments are in process for those that submitted their application onsite in Nashville. It should be finalized by Tuesday, August 31st upon exhibitor approval and sent with a confirmation letter.
