Committee on Association Governance

Five Association members appointed for overlapping terms of two years each. At least two shall be present members of the Board of Directors.

The Committee shall:

  1. codify those actions and instructions of the Board pertinent to Association Committees, both specifically and generally;
  2. manage the preparation or revision of Association Committee definitions and/or charges on a regular basis;
  3. conduct other studies and make recommendations to the Board to promote the effective and efficient operation of Association Committees.

The Chief Administrative Officer is an ex-officio member of the Committee and the Association Office contact. Committee definition revised June 2006 -- Board Document A06-31.
