Click University offers a number of flexible discounts to members and their organizations. Below are our most common discount offerings. For additional information about payment options contact us at clicku@sla.org. Please note that discount options may not be combined.

COURSE FEES

Course fees must be paid in full by the first course meeting.  Course payment by check must be received by the first course meeting.  An exception will be granted for those paying by check for a full certificate; payment must be received within one week of course start.

DISCOUNTS FOR MULTIPLE PARTICIPANTS

1. Advanced Registration

If more than one SLA member from the same organization wishes to take advantage of the advanced registration option, each additional participant will receive a $200.00 discount from the total program costs. This flat rate discount will be taken after the percent discount outlined in Advanced Registration and Payment Options, above. This discount does not apply to the first participant utilizing the advanced registration option.

2. A La Carte Buddy Discount for SLA Members

If two or more SLA members pre-register together for a specific course à la carte, the following discounts apply:

2-4 participants
10% off per participant
5+ participants
15% off per participant

REFUND POLICY

Registration cancellations are subject to a $50 adminsitrative fee.

Full refunds for online courses, minus the fee, will be made only if a written cancellation is received before the first day of the course. A 50% refund, minus the fee, will be granted on the first day of the course with written notification. Refunds will not be processed after the first day of the course. Cancellations for online courses should be sent to clicku@sla.org.

Full refunds, minus the fee, for any onsite courses taking place at SLA's annual conference will be made only if a written cancellation is received or postmarked on or before 9 July 2012.  Written cancellations received or postmarked between 10 July and 13 July are eligible for a refund of 50%, minus the fee. No refunds will be issued after 13 July.

Cancellations for onsite courses should be sent to clicku@sla.org, +1.703.647.4901 (fax), or to our headquarters mailing address. Please note that no refunds for onsite courses will be processed after 15 August 2011.  It is the responsibility of the individual requesting the refund to contact SLA well before 1 August if you have not received your refund.
