About the Speaker - Howard McQueen

Howard McQueen is Chief Executive of McQueen Consulting, Inc. Howard has over 25 years consulting in information management and the development and implementation of information access and delivery solutions. Howard consults on the development and implementation of web and portal programs. His core capabilities emphasize information and governance initiatives and utilize a portfolio of program activities to drive success.

Howard currently presents workshops on Developing Personas to Improve Customer Satisfaction” and “Content Management: A Pre-Implementation Framework” throughout North America and the UK. Howard is a member of the American Society of Information Scientists and Technology, a member of the Special Librarians Association and a founding member of CM Pros. He is Past Program Chair for the Intranets Conference, having chaired this from 1999-2002. He has keynoted numerous conferences and provides custom presentations in-house and through internet symposiums.

He is a frequent contributing author to Intranet Professional, a newsletter published by Information Today, Inc. He is also a long-standing Steering Committee Member of FedWeb and has made contributions to FLICC and other professional organizations.

Howard is a member of the Advisory Board of the CMS Evaluation Laboratory at the iSchool, University of Washington, USA. He holds a BSc in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
