Cynthia Cheng Correia is Principal of Knowledge inForm, a consulting, training, and research firm specializing in developing and enhancing information and knowledge processes for competitive and market intelligence. She helps both information and business professionals achieve effective intelligence outcomes through the better understanding and implementation of research, analysis, and information management tools and processes. Her services include helping corporate information centers expand into competitive and market intelligence functions, maximizing an organization’s information and knowledge base for competitive and market intelligence, and training in conducting expert-level intelligence research.

Cynthia has worked with clients across a number of industries, including technology, financial and business services, healthcare, information and content, and consumer goods. She is a frequent conference speaker; holds workshops for information, intelligence, and other business professionals; and has been featured in publications, including Super Searchers on Competitive Intelligence (Information Today). Formerly the Director of Information Services at Fuld & Company, Cynthia is also adjunct faculty at Simmons College, GSLIS. She holds a Master of Science degree in Library and Information Science, as well as a certificate in competitive intelligence.
