Roger Strouse is Vice President and Lead Analyst with Outsell, Inc., the information content industry’s leading research and advisory firm. In his position with Outsell, Roger helps clients in special libraries with benchmarking, user profiling, and strategic assessment projects. He speaks to library groups regularly and is a frequent writer for information industry-focused publications. Roger previously worked as a Senior Consultant at LexisNexis, and as researcher, content manager, and library manager at A.T. Kearney and MMI Companies. He holds an M.S. in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois.
Karen Wilson is Director, Data Solutions with Outsell, Inc., the information content industry's leading research and advisory firm. She is responsible for directing Outsell's information management benchmarking research and other primary research-based client projects including customer satisfaction , information needs assessments, and Outsell’s multi-client research client projects. Karen previously worked as a reference librarian at Ontario Hydro Library and as a senior information specialist and manager at Nortel Networks. She holds an MLS from the University of Toronto.
