Rita Vine, is a co-founder of Workingfaster.com and leads the team in program and product development. She is considered one of North America’s leading experts on Internet searching and training.

Rita has an MA in Music History and MLS in Library Science from SUNY Buffalo. She has been a professional librarian for over 20 years, and has held positions at the University of Calgary and University of Toronto Medical Library.

In 1995 she recognized a need for Internet search skills that went beyond simple keyword searching in search engines and taught professionals how to research more effectively to get better results, faster. She developed Workingfaster.com’s unique methodology of Internet searching, Keep It Simple Searching™, and has designed several successful custom courses for librarians, information professionals, trainers and a wide variety of industry-specific programs.

Rita is sought-after conference and keynote speaker, and continues to bring her unique brand of energy, humor, and commitment to the topic of web research.
