Paul Gladen is the founder and president of Muzeview a foresight and innovation research and consulting firm.

He has undertaken extensive and ongoing research into the trends and innovations changing the world of business and work. Paul works with organizations to help them implement an innovation capability that drives business growth.

His strengths are his ability to bring fresh and creative perspectives to business challenges and opportunities, drawing insights and examples from a wide variety of sources and experiences. His educational and professional background enables him to translate these ideas and perspectives into practical and commercially viable action for growth.

He spent the first 14 years of his career with Arthur Andersen. He played a key role in the development of the Global Technology, Media, and Communications Industry practice there and lead strategy, business planning and performance management engagements for many leading communications clients. Paul was a founding member, and the Partner responsible for operations, in Andersen’s Center for Research & Innovation.

Paul has a Masters degree in Mathematics from Oxford University, an MBA from Manchester Business School, and is a UK Chartered Accountant.
