Teresa MacGregor is an MLS who has worked at LexisNexis for 12 years, much of that time dedicated to the SmartIndexing Technology program. On the indexing team, Teresa has played a variety of roles from indexer to trainer to manager, including initiating the multi-language indexing project in the LexisNexis UK office. As such, she has an intimate knowledge of taxonomy development, automated classification, and issues surrounding search and retrieval.

Teresa's recent activities focus on providing taxonomy consulting to customers utilizing SmartIndexing Technology on internal content.
