The audio portion of the program is delivered over the telephone for reliable and clear sound quality. You may want to use a speakerphone so several staff members can listen to and participate in the program. The site manager receives all materials related to the seminar via email prior to the program. It is the responsibility of the site manager to disseminate to on-site participants.
