SLA uses GoToWebinar to present its Webinars.
The first time you view a SLA Click University program through GoToWebinar you will have to download the GoToWebinar applet. Please check with your IT department to see if you have authorization to access GoToWebinar and/or to download software.
Always access the Web portion of the Webinar before the audio. You may use your computer (VoIP) or your telephone (a toll call) to hear the program audio. Click here and look for the "Audio Fast Help" link at the bottom of the page for more information. You may also want to review the Attendee Quick Reference Guide.
For additional technical assistance with GoToWebinar, please read the FAQ, or visit GoToWebinar's help page. For help accessing a particular program, you may also call 1-800-263-6317 in the U.S. and provide the Webinar ID. For countries other than the U.S., please use the appropriate number in the "Contact Us" section of GoToWebinar's Customer Support site.
