For members who joined before 31 August 2007: By default, your User ID is your membership ID and your password is your former PIN. 

For members who joined after 31 August 2007: By default, your User ID is your Web ID and your password is your last name which was emailed to you upon joining SLA. 

If you have logged in since joining and changed your default information click on "Forgot Password?" Enter your member id and your e-mail address and this information will be sent to the e-mail address we have on file for you within minutes. If you need assistance, send an e-mail to membership@sla.org.

If you wish to take advantage of our feature which allows you to select your own User ID and password, log in using your default information. Click on the "Edit Your Account Options" link. Then click "Change your Web site Member ID and Password."

The "Remember Me" Box
Once you have checked the "Remember Me" box, you will not need to log into the SLA site from that computer again, unless you have clicked "Logout" or logged in on another computer. When you visit the SLA site, you should see "Logged in as user" in place of the login box.
