New Rules of Engagement: Re-Tooling Business Information Purchasing for the New Economy
Thank you for your interest in our new study on business information purchasing! You're about to take an online survey that will ask you to tell one or two out of three possible stories about business information purchasing. These stories will be short - typically 100 words or less. You can tell just one story, or tell another one, too. Here are the three possible stories that you can tell:
- Describe an approach that your organization recently took for purchasing business information products and services that was either different, unconventional or the same as always. Please share details about ONE particular situation.
- Before renewal time, people often research and/or consider different business information products or services. Briefly describe ONE recent alternate product researched or considered. Describe what was done to research the product or service.
- Conversations with people involved in using, approving, or providing business information often help in deciding to renew the purchase of existing products and services or to make a decision to select alternative products and services. Pick ONE conversation that you were involved in and describe what was discussed.
After you write your story online, you'll have an opportunity to provide additional information that will help us to analyze the responses to the survey in detail. The information provided in this study will be provided in aggregate: no personal information will be required to complete the survey or revealed to others. You may provide contact information at the end of the survey to receive your free copy of the study.
