Q. How do I Join SLA?
A. Select Join SLA from the navigation bar at the top of any page within the SLA Web site. Select JOIN NOW BY MAIL OR FAX or JOIN NOW ONLINE. If you chose "online" complete the application form as instructed. After completing the Mail/FAX version of the application form, submit electronically or print the PDF version and fax it to +1-703-647-4901 and/or mail it, with payment, to SLA, PO Box 75338, Baltimore, MD 21275.

If you live outside the United States, membership dues may now be paid by check in ?, £, CAN$, and AUS$. Select the PDF version and be sure to mail it, with payment, to Special Libraries Association, 331 South Patrick Street, Alexandria, VA USA 22314-3501.

Q. How do I change my address?
A. Go to the Update Your Information navigation bar in the MEMBERSHIP section. Login using your Last Name and enter your PIN Number. Several options will appear on the screen, select VIEW/EDIT MEMBERSHIP DATA. Your Edit Member Profile will appear. Make the necessary changes and click on SAVE YOUR CHANGES. Another screen page will appear stating the "Your request has been received!."

Q. What are the Member Benefits?
A. To learn about SLA Member Benefits, click on the Member Benefits navigation bar in the MEMBERSHIP section.

Q. If I have questions about my Membership such as has my payment been received and/or processed?
A. Go to the Update Your Information navigation bar and click on VIEW/EDIT MEMBERSHIP DATA. Scroll down the page to the bottom and click on VIEW DETAIL it will tell you if there is a balance still due on your account.

Q. Can I renew my membership or add additional units by using my credit card?
A. Yes, you can call +1-703-647-4936 and/or you can fax the information to +1-703-647-4901 or e-mail the information to membership@sla.org.

Q. Can I add extra chapters, divisions and or caucuses during the year?
A. Yes, chapters and divisions are $18 each and caucuses are $18 each. You can call with a credit card +1.703.647.4936, or you can mail a check to SLA, PO Box 75338, Baltimore, MD 21275. Q.
