Refunds and Cancellations
Registration cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation administrative fee. Full refunds, minus the cancellation fee, for Leadership Summit registration will be made only if a written cancellation is received or postmarked on or before 13 January 2012.
Cancellations postmarked after 13 January 2012 will not be eligible for refunds. Note: Situations that fall under this policy include, but are not limited to, absence due to illness, late arrival, weather, and/or travel difficulties. Credit balances and/or uncashed refund checks may not be used to purchase additional items or services.
No refunds will be processed after 1 March 2012. It is your responsibility to contact SLA well before 1 March 2012 if you have not received your refund.
