The object of this site is to provide scholarly critique and analysis of Russia's economy. And content is written by two Hoover research fellows. Several book chapters in Part One are accessible. Authors continually update statistical appendices with the latest data.
In"Comments and Articles" authors post brief essays on Russia's economy several times a month. Russian Trading System

The RTS is a composite market for corporate stocks and bonds, combining the traditional OTC market and the Guaranteed Trading System (a system where only the trades that have been fully secured by money and stock deposits in their special accounts are executed).
