Change and the Jumbotrons

Marketing, branding, and customer service can help information centers increase their visibility in a worsening economic environment.

As a Washington, D.C., resident, I was able to join nearly 2 million people at the inauguration of the new U.S. president--but from almost two miles away, on a "jumbotron" television. Even from that distance, the feeling of hope and renewal was palpable. Change is in the air.
