Action Verbs for Position Descriptions

This is a generic list of words that are action-oriented and excellent for use in position descriptions. They avoid profession-specific jargon. The point is not to use as many as possible in your position description but to use them as guides to tense and form for your job description. Ensure that you describe your position in terms of the results achieved and effort applied by your position in the value chain.
