#SLAtalk Roundup! Proving the Value of Information Services

We had another excellent turnout for both sessions of April’s #SLAtalk!

We discussed how to prove the value of information services in a variety of settings and roles, as well as how to improve the perception of information services.

To scroll through some of the great advice offered in session 1, check out the #SLAtalk search on Twitter (and try toggling between ‘All Tweets’ and ‘Top Tweets’). To see the stellar advice offered during session 2 (the one that didn’t break Storify), that slideshow is below. Enjoy!
