FULL CONFERENCE PASS includes admission to all non-ticketed educational sessions, non-ticketed networking receptions, Sunday General Session, Closing General Session and the INFO-EXPO hall.

EARLY BIRD + VIP: Includes the full conference pass, VIP badge ribbon, keynote meet and greet, INFO-EXPO drink ticket, a copy of the keynote’s book, 2015 virtual conference recording, and reserved general session seating.

[wpspoiler name=”Registration Cancellation Policy” ]Registration cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation administrative fee. Full refunds, minus the cancellation fee, for conference registration, continuing education courses, and ticketed events will be made only if a written cancellation is received or postmarked on or before May 8, 2015. Written cancellations received or postmarked between May 9, 2015, and May 22, 2015, are eligible for a refund of 50 percent of the registration and applicable event fees less the $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellations postmarked after May 23, 2015 will not be eligible for refunds. Note: Situations that fall under this policy include, but are not limited to, absence due to illness, late arrival, weather, and/or travel difficulties. Credit balances and/or uncashed refund checks may not be used to purchase additional items onsite.

No refunds will be processed after August 1, 2015. It is your responsibility to contact Active Network well before August 1, 2015 if you have not received your refund. Please send cancellation requests to Caroline Hamilton.
