SLA 2022 Hotel Accommodations

The SLA 2022 Annual Conference will be held at the Charlotte (North Carolina) Convention Center. SLA has secured discounted room block rates at two hotels within walking distance of the Convention Center.

NOTE: Some SLA 2022 events will be held at the Westin Charlotte, which is serving as the SLA Headquarters Hotel.

Make your reservations through the links above or the links provided in your registration confirmation email. This ensures you are being booked into the official housing block and are taking advantage of the discounted rates.

Reservation deadline. The deadline to make hotel reservations is July 6 at 5:00 p.m. ET. Reservations made after this date will be based on availability and may not be at the negotiated room rate.

Reservation cancellation policy. For both the Westin and Marriott, should you need to cancel your reservation, please do so 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid being charged the first night’s room and tax.

Why is it important to book through the SLA room block? When SLA contracts a block of rooms at discounted group rates at hotels, we assume financial risk by contracting with these hotels. If our room block is not met, SLA is financially liable for penalties. Reserving rooms at these hotels helps SLA leverage the most economical rates for future conferences in desirable cities. Please support SLA by booking in the official room block!
