IMPORTANT HOTEL INFORMATION

• There are a limited amount of Government room rates available at the Horton Grand Hotel.  A Government ID must be presented upon check-in at the Horton Grand Hotel in order to receive the government rate.
• A limited number of rooms are available at the lower-rated properties so please make your hotel reservations early.
• The following hotels offer free Wifi: Horton Grand, Omni San Diego, San Diego Marriott Marquis, W San Diego, Westin Gaslamp Quarter, and Westin San Diego.

US State Department Visa Information

SLA requires all international attendees requesting a letter of invitation to be registered for the SLA 2013 Annual Conference & INFO-EXPO. If you need a letter of invitation to participate in the conference, please send your conference registration confirmation e-mail in addition to your passport number and a brief statement of why you believe it would be beneficial for you to attend the SLA Annual Conference to Caroline Rives. Please ensure that your conference registration confirmation includes your full name, company name, job title, mailing address, and phone number. Note: There is an extended wait time to process some Visas so we recommend you start early. In some cases it has been shown to take more than 115 days to process.
