Communities (Formerly Chapters)

SLA is organized into regional chapters (now called communities) that elect officers, issue bulletins or meeting announcements, hold three to nine program meetings during a year, and initiate special projects. Members in all classes may affiliate with as many communities as they desire without an additional charge. To join additional communities, login to your SLA account and then select “Edit My Units” to add the communities you wish to join.
