Certificate Programs

In SLA’s certificate programs, you’ll work with expert instructors to explore the ins and outs of knowledge management (KM) and competitive intelligence (CI). The interactive courses will challenge you and help you gain a deeper understanding of these critical industry topics.

Select an individual topic area based on your specific education needs, or enroll in a full program to earn a program certificate. Most courses take place online and some course elements are asynchronous, so you can coordinate your learning with your schedule.
