2021 course dates will be added soon.

What can you and your organization do to understand and anticipate the management actions of your competitors, suppliers, or customers? In this online course, participants will learn how to go beyond management profiles to analyzing management, their drivers, and their decisions and responses. We will examine key types of management analysis (including Four Corners and Blind Spots), as well as how to: select a management analysis framework, understand management’s decision-making and tendencies, anticipate decisions and actions, uncover an organization’s vulnerabilities and potential missteps, and assess your competitor’s management and strategic vulnerabilities for your organization’s advantage.

Prerequisite: Participants enrolled for the “Core” and Dual Competitive Intelligence Certificates are recommended (but not required) to have prior experience in business and industry analysis or complete the online course, Competitive Intelligence Analysis: Fundamental Frameworks (INTEL-08).
