#SLAtalk Roundup: Lessons Learned from the 2015 Leadership Summit

SLA’s 2015 Leadership Summit was held January 21-23 in Baltimore. The following week, SLA hosted an hour-long #SLAtalk Twitter chat to follow up on some of the topics discussed at the Summit and to address the following questions:

  • What does leadership mean to you? What leadership qualities do you possess, either within SLA or your workplace?
  • What are your thoughts on “radical management” and “outreach empowerment?”
  • How do you think strategically? How do you apply strategic thinking into leadership, within SLA or your job?
  • What are your thoughts about moving SLA forward?
